I completely understand. 

I know what it feels like to not feel your best. In college, I noticed I had some major food allergies that were holding me back from living the life I desired…

I wanted to know, how could my diet choices affect my health and wellbeing? 

I became my own guinea pig, testing on myself, working with others, talking to local farmers, naturopaths, herbalists, etc… I figured it out myself (with a lot of help and a lot of reading / research). I started naturally helping friends and family with their own health issues for a while before I went to the Institution of Integrative Nutrition to learn how I could help others with a more formal practice.

I had a really hard time eating out and decided I wanted to create the place I wanted to eat at. With this knowledge, I opened Superfresh! Organic Café, a 100% organic restaurant in downtown Brattleboro, VT that is allergen friendly to share delicious nourishing plant-based food with the greater community. Having a space to serve others local, high-quality ingredient plat food that could positively affect their health and well-being was priceless. I feel so grateful everyday to provide food that helps people THRIVE.

Since we opened in 2012, I have published a cookbook, created online courses, hosted almost a dozen in person and virtual retreats, taught classes online and in person, worked with 1:1 clients, and so much more.

Beyond the food and plant medicine, I’ve explored so much in realms of business & personal development, spirituality, meditation practices, sacred sound healing, to support me on the path I’ve chosen in this lifetime and bring these aspects to our work together.

Working one on one in these VIP style sessions is one of my all-time favorite ways to spend my time digging in to helping YOU reach both your health and lifestyle goals. Not only will we look at what’s in your pantry, potential health concerns, daily dietary choices, but we’ll also dive into what you want your dream life to look like. How can we get there poco a poco, step by step, day by day. Feeling good is a huge first step and diet & lifestyle changes are what I believe are key foundations to build it all upon.

As someone who has been experimenting with food, recipes, meditation, wellness, and figuring out what works for my body for the past 15+ years - I know how confusing and exhausting it can be to do on your own. My coaching will be here as a north-star, to walk and work beside you as we figure out how you can best nourish and take care of your body - so you are free to live the life you desire.  We’ll discover together what works for you - food, movements, thoughts, environments, so that you can feel your best.

What is Jessica Jean Weston Wellness?

Jessica Jean Weston Wellness offers holistic health & lifestyle coaching and personalized plant-based nutrition support. As your personal holistic health coach, I work with you to identify what you want personally and support you in achieving a beautiful, vibrant, health life that you really want, love, and FEEL GOOD in.  Feeling good and living a life you love starts with gaining clarity on your heart’s desires, and from there making an action plan to fulfill those desires.

I have a background with herbal medicine, essential oils, movement, and mindfulness practices that may be woven into the work we do together as it best serves your highest self to enhance your desired outcomes.

Fueled by my own personal health issues at a young age, the way I eat (vegan, gluten-free, soy-free) is focused primarily on feeling better. And that may look different every day, as the seasons (and so many other factors) shift.

Trained as a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my approach is focused on the individual and is very open to your own personal needs, as we are all unique and no one solution works for all.


As your holistic health & wellness coach I will:

Encourage you to set goals that align with your core desired feelings, intentions, & life purpose.

Ask you to do more than you may have done on your own.

Help you gain clarity and enhance your focus in order to produce results more quickly.

Provide you with the tools, resources, support, and structure to accomplish more and work toward feeling your best!


As your health and wellness coach, I will inquire, encourage, give advice, challenge, make requests, and listen for your truth so that you remain aligned with who you are, your goals, your values, and your vision.  My focus will be completely on you and what you want in life. I stand for you and I will hold you accountable for what you say you want.

The relationship is designed by both of us, and may be refined through ongoing two-way feedback.  While I am 100% committed to your journey, you will ultimately be responsible for actions taken (or not taken) in your life throughout the process.


How is holistic health coaching different from therapy or work with your primary care provider?

Jessica Jean Weston Wellness holistic health coaching is not therapy, which goes into depth about various issues, usually dealing with the past, nor is it a top down model where I give you the answers.  It is a reflective process. It’s action-oriented focusing primarily on the present & future. I fully believe that over time and repetition we can rewrite our patterns and reprogram our neural pathways to create a new existence. Nothing is going to change if you change nothing. And doing it with support is so much more powerful and long lasting!As your holistic health coach, I share tools, resources, and support for you to tap into your innate intuition and uncover your body, mind, and spirit's ability to heal itself and move toward feeling better step by step, bit by bit, day by day. I am both your personal cheerleader and coach every step of the way!

Jessica Jean Weston is not your primary care provider. As a certified holistic health coach and plant-based chef I am here as a complementary practice to support your wellness journey. Our work together does not replace your primary care provider or other health professionals. Our work together will help to tie it all together and support you on your unique journey.

I Expect Your Best

We should only be working together if you are ready to do and be your best.  If you are not doing your best, I will ask you to do so.  If you cannot be your best at the moment, I will do what I can so that you can be heard, acknowledged, and get back on your path. 

That being said, even the smallest changes take time and I am of the mindset that baby steps are HUGE LEAPS when it comes to any aspect of our growth. Especially for lasting results. Forgiveness and grace is key to this work and we can always choose again in each new moment. There is never any shame or failure. I just want to see you shining as bright as the glorious radiant being you are.

Intuitive Based

I might make specific suggestions on how to move forward or handle a problem, which is often derived from my intuition. In this process you will be guided to use your intuition to answer questions as well.  After all, I whole heartedly believe that YOU are your #1 healer and always will be. I am simply here to support you, share tools, and guide you on this exciting journey. As you learn to decipher between fear-based stories & heart-based decisions, I encourage you to use your best judgment realizing we create our reality based on our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. 

What you can expect:

  • I’ll customize our classes based on your personal / health goals and desires (if you have specific types of foods or recipes you want to learn we can do whatever you’d like!)
  • If you want some classes to be cooking classes, we can totally do that!!
  • There will be homework to keep you moving in the direction of your health & lifestyle goals

If you are interested in multiple sessions, but want to meet once a month or every other week, we can customize for you.
