Ashley offers in-person and virtual stretching sessions in a 1:1, couple, group, and corporate settings. She focuses on creating a safe and welcoming space to increase flexibility and release tension in order for you to live more freely in your body by moving the body through a series of stretches that aligns with where you’re at in your journey, as well as offering audible cues for removing negative thoughts from your protected space of growth and self-love. You can remove those limitations to bring in more freedom in movement and thought! Remember, no matter where you're at in your journey, you can move better and feel better.
